1/3 Cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Corn Syrup or Honey
1.5 Cups Rolled Oats (or Quick)
1/2 Cup Hemp Seed Hearts
2/3 Cup Walnut Crumbs
1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
Bring first 3 ingredients together, to a boil in a small saucepan. Take off heat.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and mix together with warm mixture.
Pour into a greased dish/pan. Bake for 24 minutes in preheated 350F (180c) oven.
Let cool 15 minutes in dish, and then cut into pieces. Let cool fully before freezing/tupperware-ing.
And then love them to pieces!
